Steel stretcher bar provides added strength. 1-3/16" to 1" diameter tapered steel legs adjust in 1" increments from 20" to 29" high. Black painted upper/chrome-plated lower legs with nylon floor glides. Top and Base sold and shipped separately—ORDER BOTH. Assembly required. (Cannot ship UPS.)
