During the four-hour Eco-Smart cycle, the heater is programmed to cycle automatically between 1,500 and 1,000 watts. The heater runs at full power (1,500 watts) for 10 minutes, then cycles down to 1,000 watts for 20 minutes. During each cycle, the heater provides plenty of warmth, but consumes 25% less energy.
